We may refuse Your Order or cancel Your Order in the following cases when
If you wish to cancel your order placed with us, you should intimate the same to us immediately within 24 hours of placing the order. On confirmation of order cancellation, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount via the original method of payment.
In case the order has already been processed and you would still like to cancel your purchase, we do not entertain such a request.
If you would like to change your order and place a new one, you must first cancel the order and then place a new one. To do the same, please contact our customer service center immediately either by calling OR emailing us at email@example.com.
If you have received a damaged product OR a product you didn't order OR the wrong product, you are offered two choices - exchange it for a likewise or other category item free of charge, OR get a refund of the full cost of the merchandise plus shipping charges (Return postage cost will be borne by us). The return must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please note that to return or exchange, the item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from our store. Else such a return will not be entertained.
Please allow 15-20 working days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. If the return is approved and you are not keen on an exchange, the full amount of the order will be refunded.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 15-20 working days of posting your return shipment to us, please contact our Customer Service team OR mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number.
In case you have paid twice for one transaction, one of the payment amounts will be refunded back to you via the same payment source within 15 to 20 working days.
