  • All expedited Orders are processed within 2 working days and are shipped only on business days, from Monday thru Saturday (excluding Holidays & Sundays). You will be notified of the delivery date at the time your order is confirmed.
  • In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 working days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.
  • On dispatch, you'll receive an email the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of your Order, Shipment and a Tracking number. However, no editing can be done for any order later once they are accepted and confirmed.
  • While every effort is made to deliver your purchase at the earliest, please understand that there are times when the delivery may be late due to factors beyond our control like acts of nature like floods, earthquake, etc, terrorist attacks, etc.
  • All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you or to whom it is shipped to can't be available to sign for the package, please ensure that an adult who is authorized to sign for the package will be available at the designated shipping address.

  • Customers have the option of paying later. In addition, EMI facility is also provided.
  • All shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • All orders are shipped to a single address only as mentioned by the customer. Multiple Addresses are not catered to.
